Our History

New Build Inspections was set up by Tony and Catriona Bright after their experience purchasing a new build house in the UK. They found their property to be riddled with defects and struggled to find professional snagging advice. Furthermore, they felt that developers took advantage of buyers' ignorance of quality standards, and took little or no responsibility for spotting any defects themselves. They launched the service in the UK in order to provide the homeowner with the expertise of an industry professional to take the stress out of what is already a highly traumatic process.  The service was a resounding success with British homebuyers, so they decided to launch the service in Ireland.

Our Inspectors

New Build Inspections has recruited a team of  highly skilled and experienced chartered surveyors, engineers and architects who are passionate about their work and have exceedingly high standards when it comes to creating snag lists for  new  homes.
